The article considers the social and pedagogical aspects of professional training for teachers who are to work with children with disabilities. This kind of training is performed taking into account the education environment in the Voronezh Region, which is characterized by interaction and partnership between professional and further education institutions, public organizations, rehabilitation and social service organizations, and parents' communities.
