WHY VOLUNTARY CONCEDE IN WRITING?

Abstract

In Armenian Braille system capital letters aren’t used that leads confusions and semantic uncertainites. Besides, unlike ordinary words to write names of great people and secret places with capital letters has patriotic, psychological and educational value. To avoid questions of economy of a place and difficulties of
reading, we suggest to put a sign:

• if only the ï¬ rst letter of the word is written with capital letter, before the word (to put a sign written in points 4, 6).
• if all letters of the word are written with capital letters, such as in abbreviations, (before the word to put a sign written in points 3, 5).

• if all letters of the off er are written with capital letters, such as in titles (before the ï¬ rst word to put the six points – written in points 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).
