SOCIAL AND SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE “ADAPTIVE PHYSICAL EDUCATION” SPECIALITY

Abstract

The article presents the study of scientific and social importance of adaptive physical education. The considered range of issues is relevant to the adaptive sport. It is shown that physical training is a type of social activity of a modern man. The basic functions of adaptive physical education were examined, as objectively inherent properties of human exposure and human relations, and meet the specific needs of individuals and society. Those functions are being implemented during the adaptive physical education, they reveal the true content of physical education.
