Abstract

The article outlines the theoretical preconditions for informatization processes in modern society, describes the most signifi cant areas of the use of digital adaptive technologies in the socio-cultural rehabilitation of the visually impaired by the example of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Special Library, the center for the socio-cultural rehabilitation of the visually impaired.
