THE CONTEMPORARY ISSUES OF SPATIAL ORIENTATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILDREN WITH MENTAL RETARDATION
Abstract
For mentally retarded children spatial orientation is considerably complicated as disorder of mental development not only limits their motive activity, but also has an adverse eff ect on development of spatial representations, motor and motive function, leads to decrease in compensatory processes. Therefore the problem of correction of disorders of spatial orientation, and also development of approximate skills in the conditions of special training in school gain exclusive value.
